Associate Creative Director, Art Director
About the Role
Associate Creative Director, Art Director must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums. They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction, design and social as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product. The ACD Copywriter should have a strong knowledge and experience in social creative as well as traditional.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative concepts with ACD Copywriter
- Own the creative work on assigned brands.
- Manage the creative development process as it relates to projects
- Implement strategy and direction and provide art direction expertise
- Supervise creative teams as needed
- Ensure the quality and implementation of all work
- Participate in client presentations and help develop client relationships
- Expertly deliver creative that crosses all platforms
- Work with the Creative Resource Team to select and assign resources as necessary
- May personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or on major department explanatories and new business efforts.
- Adopt management posture in representing the agency's interest in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for the department by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates as requested by the Creative Resource personnel.
What You'll Need
- 7-10+ years experience in an agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential
- Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Pay Range
$75,000 – $180,000 USD
