Lead a high-performing territory team, keep your own (smaller) book of business to stay sharp, and help launch a steady stream of new promoted products across eye-care clinics.
What you’ll do
Coach, ride-along, and develop
8–10 reps ; run reports and drive quarterly growth.
Maintain a
personal territory (~75 accounts)
and sell a promoted portfolio (OTC eye care, clinic devices/supplies, and compounding solutions).
Travel up to
50%
across a
5–6 state
region; attend trade shows and regional events.
What you’ve done
3–5+ years in ophthalmology sales
(device/capital/surgical/pharma). Management experience a plus.
Consistent quota attainment; proven clinic relationships (MD/OD, admin, staff).
Experience with sampling/couponing and
buy-and-bill
is a plus.
Comp & perks
Base
$120–$150k
+ quarterly bonus ( $4–5k/quarter
uncapped; plus team override post-orientation).
$950/mo
car allowance + gas; company card for T&E;
