Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually + performance bonuses
Kure Creative is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Videographer & Editor to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects across real estate, hospitality, finance, luxury retail, construction, and professional services—creating content that reaches hundreds of thousands of people every month.

We're not looking for someone who only shoots or only edits. We want a true content creator who can confidently handle both sides of the process—from capturing incredible footage in the field to delivering polished edits that exceed client expectations.

One week you might be filming a luxury development in Boston. The next, you're traveling to Miami, Philadelphia, or New York helping produce content for nationally recognized brands.

What You'll Do

Lead video production on client shoots

Capture high-quality photo and video content

Edit social media content, brand videos, commercials, and client campaigns

Operate drones (FAA Part 107 preferred)

Collaborate with our creative and account management teams

Contribute creative ideas and help shape project direction

Manage projects from production through final delivery

What We're Looking For

Strong videography and editing skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Experience with camera, lighting and audio systems

Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling

Professional and confident in client-facing situations

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

FAA Part 107 certification is a plus

Photography experience is a plus
