Account Executive, Advertising Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales
- Proven ability to sell to small and medium‑sized businesses
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
- Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
Must‑haves
- Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
- Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
- Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
- Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns
- Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
- IN OFFICE ROLE: Candidates must be familiar with the Tucson market and able to commute daily. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
