Union Springs Academy is seeking a well-rounded music director who is willing to join a team dedicated to educating students for academic and spiritual success.
The music director will oversee the entire music program at the academy as well as at the local elementary school, teaching students about music theory and performance, and leading choir, band, and bells at the academy level, and choir and band at the elementary school weekly. The director will plan and conduct school concerts, recitals, and other music-related activities, and expand the program as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Music required
- Certification: Current NAD certification
- Membership: Baptized Seventh-day Adventist member in good standing
- Eligibility: Legal right to work and reside in the United States
- Musical Proficiency: Strong skills in playing multiple instruments and understanding various music genres
Salary and benefits are provided in accordance with the denominational wage scale and policies.
