What You’ll Do
Full‑Cycle Ownership:
Manage the end‑to‑end sales process. Self‑source up to 50% of your pipeline through outbound prospecting (50 touches/day) while converting inbound trials into loyal customers.
Consultative Strategy:
Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points.
High‑Impact Presentations:
Lead executive‑level demos via web conferencing.
Forecast Accuracy & CRM Hygiene:
Maintain an impeccable Salesforce record.
Collaborative Winning:
Work cross‑functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Who You Are
Proven Closer:
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB to Mid‑Market or high‑velocity environments, with quota over‑performance.
Self‑Starting Hunter:
Proficient in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) and build your own book of business.
Articulate Communicator:
Confident, professional presence.
Adaptive & Gritty:
Team‑first mentality and high coachability.
Tech Savvy:
Quick study on new SaaS applications and process‑oriented.
We’d Love To Chat If You Have
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or work equivalent.
Organized and process‑oriented while being creative.
Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication.
Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience.
Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day.
High‑motivated, goal‑oriented, self‑starting individual.
Flexibility and adaptability – ability to take and provide feedback.

On Target Earnings (OTE) Ranges
Zone 1 (SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle, LA County):
$124,700 - $149,500 USD
Zone 2 (CA Non‑SF/LA, Austin, MA):
$112,200 - $134,500 USD
Zone 3 (UT, Houston, FL, NC):
$105,900 - $127,000 USD
