About Clinic X
Clinic X builds and launches high-performance telehealth brands through our 45‑day Clinic Accelerator program. We work with entrepreneurs and physicians launching online clinics in regulated healthcare categories such as weight loss, hormone optimization, and longevity. We are growing quickly and are now focused on building long‑term authority, brand equity, and category leadership in the telehealth infrastructure space. This role will be central to that mission.

Core Responsibilities
- Brand Positioning & Voice
- Refine and maintain brand voice
- Develop positioning pillars
- Create messaging frameworks
- Align all content with premium authority positioning
- Ensure consistency across all platforms
- Founder Content Development (High Leverage)
- Work directly with the founder to extract ideas
- Turn conversations into high‑authority content
- Script LinkedIn posts
- Develop long‑form insights
- Structure thought leadership pieces
- Create educational breakdowns of telehealth structure, MSO models, compliance, and scaling
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Own a 90‑day rolling content strategy including:
- LinkedIn thought leadership
- Email newsletter
- Educational long‑form content
- Case studies
- Authority threads
- Industry commentary
- Framework breakdowns
- Lead magnets
- Ensure everything ladders up to Authority → Trust → Qualified inbound.
- Educational Asset Development
- Develop assets such as telehealth launch playbooks, compliance guides, MSO structure explainers, “How to build a compliant telehealth brand” breakdowns, industry whitepapers, and signature frameworks.
- Organic Growth Engine
- Build LinkedIn growth strategy
- Build email list growth
- Coordinate podcast appearances
- Repurpose content into multiple formats
- Create compounding content system
- Content Production Management
- Oversee video capture (in‑office recording)
- Manage editing workflows
- Coordinate design assets
- Ensure publishing cadence
- Enable rapid content capture, quick iteration, and strong brand alignment.

Compensation
Depending on experience: $75,000 — $105,000 base. Performance incentives tied to inbound growth and brand KPIs. This is a high‑impact role with growth opportunity.
