Overview
Paramount is seeking a dynamic and skilled Director of Client Servicing to join our Global Content Distribution group, based in Los Angeles and reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Servicing. This group is in charge of the worldwide distribution of series and feature content to Licensing and Transactional clients. In this role, you will be at the heart of a high-performing team that ensures the accurate, timely, and reliable delivery of content and related services always in alignment with our contractual commitments. As the primary operational interface with clients, you will own client communications, drive issue resolution, and coordinate execution against delivery commitments. You'll manage day-to-day delivery operations, proactively identify and mitigate risks, lead client escalations, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates. Your work will directly support the revenue recognition cycle, making your contributions visible and impactful at every level of the business.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Client Management & Resolution: Serves as the primary point of contact for global licensing and transactional clients in the region; owns day-to-day client communications, drives resolution of delivery issues and disputes, manages escalations, and provides regular status updates
- Asset Management & Delivery: Oversees the regional servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, resolving delivery rejections, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partners directly with sales, marketing, and servicing partners across the organization to align on priorities and ensure timely delivery of deal obligations
- Regional Leadership: Leads regional oversight for global licensing and transactional clients, including preparation of regional reporting, status meetings, and metrics reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in television, film, or media servicing, client services, or material operations, leading a team
- Experience with order management or similar supply chain management systems
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and tackle complex delivery issues and disputes with tactfulness, professionalism, and a sense of urgency
- Strong Microsoft Office and software application skills
- Solid time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and act with a sense of urgency
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proficiently
- Extremely detail-oriented
Hiring Salary Range: $110,000.00 - 160,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
