Strategic Healthcare Account Manager - IDNs/HSs

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager based in San Bernardino, CA. In this role, you will own and advance B2B relationships within large healthcare delivery networks, engage healthcare professionals, and drive sales performance. Success will hinge on your ability to develop comprehensive business plans aligned with brand strategy, and maintain strong customer partnerships.
This position requires 3–5 years in biotech or pharmaceutical sales, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The salary ranges from $170,000 to $180,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package including health insurance and flexible PTO.
