Marketing Coordinator

Northgate Realty is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing independent real estate brokerage.
This position is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing materials, advertising, email campaigns, recruiting materials, event promotions, and other company marketing initiatives. Typical projects include property fact sheets, brochures, direct mail postcards, flyers, advertisements, email communications, sponsorship promotions, recruiting materials, and other branded marketing content.
The role will also coordinate and manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, content creation, editing, scheduling, publishing, coordination of photography and video assets, and maintaining a consistent and professional brand across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
While this is an independent contractor position, we are seeking someone who will work closely with company leadership and agents, spend regular time in our Bethesda office, and serve as a consistent marketing resource for the brokerage. The position offers flexibility to split time between in-office and remote work.
Qualifications Strong proficiency with Canva, ChatGPT, and other modern content creation, graphic design, AI, and marketing tools
Experience creating marketing materials for both print and digital distribution
Experience with social media content creation, management, and digital marketing
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools, including Lofty, Wise Agent, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred
Experience creating and editing short-form video content strongly preferred
Approximately 8 hours per week initially
Hybrid position with regular in-office time in Bethesda, Maryland
