POSITION SUMMARY The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping develop and execute the overall paid influencer marketing strategy for Rare Beauty. This person will support the day-to-day management of influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness/equity, support new product launches, and help grow share of voice in social media through strategic brand collaborations and always-on influencer marketing. Additionally, this role will co-lead influencer mailer and seeding strategy from ideation through execution as well as oversee product forecasting and inventory. This role will work cross-functionally and communicate with internal teams such as Integrated Marketing and Creative, as well as external partners on campaign efforts. You will need a strong understanding of social media analytics and the evolving trends of influencer marketing. This role reports to the Director of Influencer Marketing for North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the development of integrated influencer marketing strategies across paid and earned initiatives, including product seeding, mailers, events, and long-term partnerships.
Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns supporting both new launches and evergreen priorities, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content approvals, and performance reporting.
Identify, vet, and secure talent across tiers (macro to micro) who authentically align with brand values, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and their representatives to drive brand affinity and maximize partnership opportunities.
Analyze and evaluate program performance across mailers, seeding, and paid partnerships using platforms such as Tribe and CreatorIQ; deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Co-lead influencer mailer and seeding strategy from ideation through execution, partnering cross-functionally with PR, brand, creative, and quality to ensure alignment with key business priorities.
Spearhead additional influencer-driven initiatives including affiliate programming, brand partnerships, and experiential events in alignment with the broader marketing calendar.
Oversee product forecasting and inventory management for influencer initiatives, ensuring timely allocation of new launches and evergreen SKUs to support campaign goals.
Manage and mentor the Influencer Community Assistant, providing direction, overseeing day-to-day execution, and ensuring operational success.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in PR or Influencer.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and project manage external vendors.
Proactive and creative problem solver.
Agency experienced preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Unloading & loading product packages, setting up events.
