Description
As an Art Director on the REMM Creative team, you'll shape how customers and teams experience Apple visually and experientially from in‑store immersive experiences, Today at Apple learning programs, product launches, local cultural initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.

Responsibilities

Lead the conceptual development and design execution of experiences and content, set art direction, and design across touchpoints and channels to make every moment feel connected and beautifully crafted

Use emerging technologies and AI to prototype and develop experience formats, tools, and features to elevate customer and team experiences

Partner closely with cross‑functional and geo teams, working across cultures

Art direct external partners including vendors, illustrators, photographers, and motion designers, providing clear guidance and actionable feedback

Present work clearly to creative leadership and key stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and refine design direction to align with strategic goals

Minimum Qualifications

9+ years of industry experience at a top‑tier creative agency or an in‑house organization known for design excellence and cultural impact

Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design taste, execution, and visual storytelling, with a strong background in art direction and design across mediums including design systems, digital, social, video, and experiential

Conceptual thinker who can develop big creative ideas and design with high craft and attention‑to‑detail.

Fluency in creative software and deep knowledge of AI and emerging technologies

Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the customer journey and a drive to continually improve it

Self‑motivated, self‑directed, flexible, resourceful, and willing to take risks, fail, and learn from mistakes.

Strong communicator with exceptional presentation skills, able to articulate ideas with clarity, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback up and down a creative organization

Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast‑paced creative workplace and deliver quality work at high volume in a tight timeframe

Experience building trust with multi‑disciplinary partners and collaborating well with a team to find solutions to complex problems and can provide thoughtful guidance to junior creative staff, with an eye on mentorship and knowledge growth

Proficiency drafting documentation such as artist briefs, production guidance, design guidelines, and end‑user instructions

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range for this role is $149,700 to $280,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees may participate in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Rewards may include discretionary bonuses or commission payments, and relocation assistance may be provided.
