We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the North America Sponsored Production team. The Senior Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best‑in‑class creative for Snapchat. This role will require management and oversight across multiple campaigns for top‑tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross‑functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking to proactively solve creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for high‑impact projects with multiple dependencies, driving execution to support business growth.

Lead complex or high‑visibility work streams and contribute to vertical/market strategy; mentor Producers; drive improvements across pods/markets.

Lead Snap‑Managed (and key VMS/AI) production for multi‑format or complex innovation campaigns.

Provide strategic input on vertical/market production strategy and partner strategy.

Own key relationships with Sales/CS pods as the go‑to production lead.

Define, manage, and communicate clear timelines and processes, ensuring transparency and a focus on quality and efficiency across vendors, advertisers, and Snap teams.

Anticipate and address challenges during asset development, offering proactive and creative solutions.

Manage external vendors to deliver on the agreed scope of work, ensuring consistency and quality.

Continuously recommend and implement improvements to project management workflows to boost operational excellence.

Act as a creative ambassador for Snapchat’s guidelines and production best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Creative, agency, and/or tech experience.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.

Ability to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.

Proficient in Keynote, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of project management or production experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with advertising clients in a support function.

Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies.

Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends.

Understanding of current social media and creator landscape.

Experience working in Salesforce.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $107,000‑$161,000 annually.

Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $102,000‑$153,000 annually.

Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $91,000‑$137,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
