This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a top-quality, career-minded individual to work directly with a top-performing Senior Real Estate Agent as an Agent Assistant in the Palo Alto office of Marcus & Millichap. The individual in this position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong written, organizational, and communication skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and bring a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving. A successful candidate will be a quick learner who is fully committed to contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The base hourly range for this role is $23.00

$25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. Responsibilities

Create spreadsheets and data tables in both Word and Excel
Databasing
Support all marketing initiatives, including coordination and dissemination of sales reports and client correspondence
Provide telephone coverage, including responding to inquiries, properly routing calls, and taking detailed messages.
Use of good judgment with both internal and external clients.
Maintain calendar and all scheduling; planning and preparation for all meetings
Support sales team as needed
Ensure proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary
Perform related duties as assigned
Technical Skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Power Point
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and a familiarity with spreadsheet formulas
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications

Prior administrative experience in a sales group essential
Real estate, legal or financial services industry experience preferred
Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new projects
Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibility
Excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
