Overview Our Hermitage, TN spa is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team. Your main focus will be selling treatments, service packages, and skincare products, while coaching staff and tracking performance to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the in-spa sales team to exceed targets

Develop and implement upselling strategies for treatments, packages, and skincare

Monitor net daily sales and suggest improvements

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and team engagement

Candidate Profile Previous sales experience in any industry

Energetic, results-driven, and motivated

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
