About the Role
At Circuit Board Medics, we believe every customer interaction shapes our reputation. We're seeking a strong writer who's comfortable working across ecommerce platforms. In this role, your core focus will be writing product descriptions and customer-facing copy, executing technical updates, and managing product listings on BigCommerce, Amazon, and eBay, with email campaigns and blog content rounding out your work.

Your role won't require hands‑on graphic design experience, as creative design is handled by other members of our marketing team. Your emphasis will be on ecommerce execution, marketing coordination, and content development.

You’ll need to balance strong writing ability with technical execution, making sure our messaging and product listings are consistent, informative, and aligned with our brand. Your work combines content creation with hands‑on management of product listings and web content, including writing and refining product descriptions, supporting email and blog content, and maintaining accurate, high‑quality listings across all sales channels and social media platforms.

Beyond your day‑to‑day responsibilities, you'll actively identify opportunities for improvement: refining how we communicate with customers, improving listing quality and structure, and making recommendations that enhance clarity, consistency, and the overall customer journey.
