YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)
This position is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of business and player development initiatives that drive accretive revenues for the Casino.
Requirements
THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)
Develop new ancillary revenue streams for the property
Generate new business via Independent Agent and Affiliate programs
Lead and manage the Player Development team to increase Casino revenues that maximize profitability
Develop and implement a calendar of on property host driven events to drive incremental player visitation.
Work with the Casino Marketing team to support special events on property that could include working registration, checking play for qualifications, and direct communication with players.
Develop and manage the property entertainment ticket block, AEG ticket block, and off property tickets.
Establish marketing strategies, plans, and programs, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services
Assess, anticipate and react to the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and promotions
Work with other operating departments to ensure that plans and procedures are effectively organized and communicated throughout the company
Attend staff meetings and other meetings as required
Work within boundaries of position
Maintain confidentiality
Visible in all related areas of operation
Take ownership of guest requests and issues, and seek assistance if outside scope of position
Complete required paperwork/reports in a timely fashion
Consistently ensure accuracy of all guest contact information
Maintain integrity and qualifications of coded database
Act as a liaison with various departments and vendors
Perform other duties as required
MUST HAVE'S
Proven track record of driving Casino revenues
Experience leading and managing Casino Host teams
Experience with Independent Agent and Affiliate programs
Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
Five years of experience in a high-level management position with at least three years as a Director
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

THE WORKING CONDITIONS
Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for long periods of time and use all tools and equipment customary to the position
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
Minimal travel may be required for this position
