About the Role
BAGGU is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Creative Operations Manager to lead the planning, resourcing, and execution of creative operations workflows, with a focus on collaborations and partnerships, to ensure projects launch on time and creative teams can do their best work.
This role is a critical bridge, connecting Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure projects move from kickoff to launch seamlessly, on time, and on brief.
The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, anticipates risks before they arise, builds trust across stakeholders, and continuously improves processes and workflows.

Responsibilities
Project & Resource Management
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Creative & Marketing timelines for product launches, collaborations, promotions, new store openings, and sale events.
Oversee delivery of all creative assets requests, ensuring work is completed on time and according to brief.
Proactively assess project health and adjust scope, timelines, or resourcing as needed; clearly communicate changes to all stakeholders.
Serve as the primary lead and facilitate collaborative, effective communication between Creative and cross-functional teams
Own workload forecasting and capacity planning for the Creative Studio team.
Lead weekly creative reviews, workload planning meetings, and marketing approval sessions.
Manage freelance and external creative resources, including copywriters and creative vendors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose and implement process and workflow improvements
Own and maintain project management tools and related workflows, ensuring adoption, consistency, and best practices across all projects
Collaborations Management
Coordinate with Marketing and Creative stakeholders to execute all contractual deliverables and partnership agreements.
Lead and manage collaboration partner asset approval processes, including submission tracking, feedback coordination, revision oversight, and final approvals.
Own and manage partner brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all creative and marketing materials.
Facilitate and lead all collab partner meetings and communications, keeping projects moving while balancing the goals of the business with client relations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in creative operations, creative project management or marketing management (ideally in fashion, beauty or related industry).
Proven ability to manage multiple near and long term creative projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience working with brand collaborations or external partners, including asset approvals and contractual deliverables.
Advanced knowledge of Asana or similar project management software, Figma, Google Suite
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail.
Experience managing freelance talent or external vendors.
Experience with a digital asset management system preferred.
