Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and sales planning for key customers, aligning all initiatives with corporate goals
  • Manage and grow major customer accounts, delivering annual sales, profit targets, and long‑term category growth
  • Oversee P&L performance, optimizing revenue, pricing, trade spend, and overall profitability
  • Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and promotional plans in partnership with brand and channel marketing teams
  • Drive cross‑functional go‑to‑market execution, from product concept through launch, using research and competitive insights to meet customer needs
  • Guide forecasting, brand protection, and market strategy, collaborating with demand planning, marketing, and brand protection to ensure accurate forecasts, strong market positioning, and issue resolution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA a plus) and familiarity with the pet category preferred
  • 5+ years in eCommerce sales and 8+ years managing key accounts
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and campaigns
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills, including KPI reporting, data interpretation, and communication with executive leadership
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce operations, contracts, and standard business terms, plus knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid search, and digital promotion strategies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel domestically 10–20%
