About the Role

We're looking for a highly hands-on paid media professional to build and lead a paid media agency strategy from the ground up. This is an execution-focused role where you'll own the entire campaign lifecycle-from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and performance analysis-while partnering directly with merchant clients to drive web ordering and delivery growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, running experiments, analyzing data, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

6+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
Proven success managing campaigns from setup through optimization.
Deep expertise with:

Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
TikTok Ads

Experience developing testing frameworks and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical skills, including:

Funnel analysis
Attribution modeling
Incrementality testing

Experience working with external agencies and managing stakeholder relationships.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day campaign management.
Self-starter with the ability to build processes and operate independently.
Preferred

Agency experience or experience working closely with agencies.
Experience marketing to restaurants, local merchants, or marketplace/delivery businesses.
Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as:

Adjust
AppsFlyer

Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementations.
Experience marketing subscription-based products or digital services.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Agency Management

Develop and own the paid media agency strategy, including agency selection, onboarding, workflow design, and performance management.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and agency partners.
Create scalable processes, standards, and playbooks for campaign execution.
End-to-End Campaign Management

Own campaign execution from briefing and setup through launch, optimization, and reporting.
Manage budgets across major paid media channels including:

Meta
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Display and emerging platforms

Build audience targeting strategies and creative approaches that drive acquisition and retention.
Testing & Optimization

Design and execute structured A/B testing programs across:

Bidding strategies
Creative formats
Landing pages
Audience segments

Develop case studies and best-practice playbooks from testing results.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative development, experimentation, and performance analysis.
Merchant Growth & Client Partnership

Collaborate directly with merchant partners to develop customized paid media strategies.
Translate business objectives into actionable campaign plans.
Analyze the customer journey from ad engagement through conversion and order completion.
Present performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting

Own campaign reporting and performance reviews.
Partner with analytics teams on attribution modeling and incrementality measurement.
Validate performance drivers and make data-informed scaling recommendations.
