Randy Hiley moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1967 to work for his uncle, Dub Shaw, a Fort Worth Ford Dealer. He worked there for several years and then went to work for local competition Charlie Hillard, where he worked for fourteen years, later becoming vice-president over seven franchises.

Hiley Mazda is seeking a New Car Sales Manager. Sales are on the rise and we need proven salespeople to serve our customers. You will join a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

Responsibilities

Motivate and train a dedicated sales team.

Assist and support finance team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.

Foster a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.

Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous automotive management experience is required for this position; F&I experience preferred.

Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands‑on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.

Works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.

Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
