Program Supervisor Oversee daily program operations and offer assistance when needed, as per licensure and ability.
Ensure application and adherence to OBOT Operational Standards and regulatory procedures from applicable authorities.
Perform all responsibilities directed by immediate supervisor or governance authority.
Screen and interview new associates for hire, submit requests for approval as necessary.
Orient new associates to program, including completion of new‑hire policies, review of associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities.
Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to PTO requests.
Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations (patient prescriptive records, physician DEA registration, physician current caseload, and approved patient capacity).
Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to improve or supplement service provision.
Coordinate with Operations Support Team to address needs within the center.
Apply procedures and policies outlined in program and regulatory standards to day‑to‑day operations.
Review, interpret, and reflect on changes to policies, presenting information to leadership.
Manage program staff and interact positively with patients, visitors, and community members.
Conduct internal audit processes to analyze program performance in various areas.
Perform administrative duties to ensure necessary information is provided to patients and staff.
Qualifications Preference for experience in office‑based opioid treatment and supervisory roles.
Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health conditions.
Must meet state‑defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.
High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule & Travel Position is 40 hours per week; start and end times may vary. Travel to all center locations (Abingdon, Pounding Mill, Wise) is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current IRS rate.
