Position: Sales Manager (Roofing) | Base Pay + Overrides + Performance Bonuses

We’re hiring a high-performance Roofing Sales Manager to lead a growing team and drive serious revenue. If you can coach closers, build culture, and hit aggressive targets , this role offers base salary + overrides + performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
Proven record of strong sales performance
Strong coaching and team development skills

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides
Additional performance-based bonuses
