About the Role The Account Executive, Enterprise and Social Movements is a quota‑carrying role focused on selling into unions, ballot measures, referendums, grassroots and mid-size progressive nonprofit organizations. This role emphasizes outreach, discovery, and early‑cycle relationship development, with a strong commitment to driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and promoting our SaaS solutions tailored for the progressive, political organizing community.
Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities Source and qualify leads from the progressive and social change ecosystem.
Conduct consultative discovery to identify solution fit.
Deliver platform demonstrations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of organizing models in unions, nonprofits, and movements.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in fast‑paced political cycles.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tech tools.
Qualifications Required
2+ years experience in organizing, nonprofit work, or sales.
Strong understanding of mission‑driven tech buyers.
Preferred
Prior use of NGP VAN or EveryAction.
Familiarity with voter engagement or advocacy CRM solutions.
