Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve Comfrt's Home product aesthetic and category vision
Drive seasonal and long-term product strategy across core and emerging Home categories
Lead the end-to-end product creation process from concept through production approval
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in Home, Bedding, Home Textiles, or related categories
5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong understanding of bedding construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
Proven ability to build commercially successful product categories that drive growth
Experience utilizing sales and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
