To support enterprise clients in optimizing their email marketing strategies, the full-time remote AI Creative Designer will lead creative initiatives, develop on-brand email systems, and drive performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
Key responsibilities

Lead creative on enterprise engagements by partnering with clients to develop on-brand email systems that enhance adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform
Set the creative bar by producing high-quality email designs that align with client expectations and demonstrate the platform's capabilities
Drive performance by collaborating on A/B tests and creating playbooks that optimize engagement metrics such as opens and conversions

Required qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing real email campaigns and lifecycle programs, ideally incorporating AI elements
Extensive email design experience with a deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, and rendering across devices
Proficiency in AI tools and models, demonstrating a proactive approach to integrating new technologies in design workflows
Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating brand reviews and approval processes
Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and the ability to balance design aesthetics with engagement goals
