Job Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a highly creative, hands‑on marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life visually and digitally, while also owning marketing execution across multiple locations.
You’ll be the go‑to creative engine for the region —designing campaigns, managing content, and partnering with club leaders to drive membership, engagement, and community connection. You’ll also lead one team member focused on events, giving you the opportunity to grow your leadership skills without stepping away from the creative work you love.
If you’re someone who enjoys working on‑site , designing, writing, posting, building, and collaborating , this role is for you.
What you’ll actually do
Design and produce weekly marketing assets (digital + print) that are ready to use in real time
Create, capture, and post daily social media content directly from club activity
Write and send weekly emails that drive engagement, programs, and membership
Additional responsibilities
Capture photo/video content in clubs and maintain a content library
Partner with fitness, aquatics, and membership teams to promote programs
Keep in‑club marketing (signage, messaging) fresh and current
Support one team member focused on events
What makes you a fit
You enjoy being hands‑on in the work (design, content, posting—not just planning)
2–5 years of marketing experience with strong design skills (Adobe, Canva)
Ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects
You like being around people and in an active, fitness‑focused environment
Additional details
Travel between club locations required
Valid driver’s license required
Company Expectations
Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
Park in team member‑designated areas
Club cleanliness is an all‑team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean
Assist with Service Days
Assist with programs, special events, or activities outside your department
Promptly return messages
Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
Deliver five‑star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
Affirmative Action/EEO statement
