Forma Pilates is a luxury, modern Pilates brand redefining the category through a highly curated in-studio experience, a fast-growing digital platform, and a brand presence that feels elevated, aspirational, and culturally relevant. We are growing quickly and looking for a Marketing Manager who is excited to build with us.

This is not a narrow corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone scrappy, creative, strategic, organized, and hungry, someone who is excited to wear many hats, figure things out, and do whatever it takes to help grow the Forma brand.

About the Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing across brand, digital, content, and customer channels. This person will help drive awareness, growth, and retention across both our in-studio and online businesses. They should be equally comfortable thinking big-picture and jumping into execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, moves quickly, has strong taste, and wants to be deeply involved in building an exciting brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support overall marketing initiatives across brand, digital, and growth channels

Manage influencer marketing strategy, outreach, and gifting

Oversee paid media agency performance and help guide strategy across acquisition channels

Oversee email marketing agency and campaign calendar to support retention, launches, and promotions

Manage paid ad creative development, including briefing, feedback, approvals, and performance-driven iteration

Help concept, coordinate, and execute photoshoots and other brand content productions

Own all content creation from start to finish, including ideation, filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing across channels

Fully own social media end-to-end, including strategy, content calendar, posting, platform management, and day-to-day execution

Own monthly reporting and marketing analytics, with a clear view into performance, insights, and opportunities

Help manage and update Shopify, including merchandising, product launches, promotions, and site updates

Work cross-functionally with founders, creative, operations, and external partners to bring campaigns to life

Stay close to the customer, the market, and the culture to identify new opportunities for growth

Who You Are

4–7+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills

Comfortable managing agencies, freelancers, and outside partners

Strong creative instincts and brand taste, with an understanding of what makes content and campaigns perform

Analytical enough to understand performance marketing and reporting, but creative enough to build brand

Willing to roll up your sleeves and execute, not just delegate

Excited by startups and fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly

Self-starter with a positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mindset

Experience with Shopify, email marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, and content production is strongly preferred

Fitness, wellness, fashion, beauty, or luxury/lifestyle brand experience is a plus
