Job Summary

The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop, and implement programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assists in establishing short- and long-term goals and strategic planning.
Collaborates with others to create new and expanded programs.
Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
May supervise program staff.
Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities and assists in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.
Assists in identifying funding opportunities.
Plans, implements, and evaluates programs.
Prepares reports on program activities.
Develops and updates training materials and delivers training.
Compiles program statistics.
Collects, manages, and ensures quality control of data; initiates surveys and prepares drafts of programmatic reports.
Creates requisitions and reconciles grant expenses as needed.
Conducts recruitment and establishes measures for research participant retention.
Assists with coordination of all grant activities related to contractual obligations, mandated goals and objectives, performance measures, and implementation of working partnerships.
Conducts literature review and research on sexual assault and domestic violence.
Develops and disseminates research questionnaires.
Coordinates program communications and marketing as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience

Master’s degree (general).
Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Communicate effectively with all segments of the campus community.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, SPSS, spreadsheet, and database applications.
License/Professional Certification

None.

Other Requirements

Temporary position expected to end on June 30, 2027.
Evening and/or weekend hours may occasionally be required.
Position requires on-campus, face‑to‑face interactions.
Position requires maintaining a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.
Salary

$23.13 hourly.
