Marketing Coordinator
Rainbow Ecoscience (a division of Rainbow Companies), is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to powerfully support the planning, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This support is aimed at generating demand, strengthening brand presence, and reinforcing sales efforts in a B2B environment. This role works closely with cross‑functional internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. The role also works with external partners to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and customer engagement. This is a hybrid, full‑time position based in our Minnetonka location and requires the ability to travel when required (typically less than 15%).

Key Accountabilities

Assist with the planning, promoting, and executing of B2B events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences

Manage logistics such as registrations, promotional materials, follow‑ups, and post‑event reporting

Manage and own live marketing events best practices (BMPs)

Campaign Support & Execution

Assist in the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, content, and social media

Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on‑time execution

Support lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives aligned with sales objectives

Own the related processes and improve them as necessary to support projects from kickoff to final debrief

Content & Communications

Coordinate the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content such as emails, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and website updates

Support internal and external messaging so that it is consistent with brand guidelines and tailored to B2B buyer personas

Maintain and update marketing collateral libraries and sales enablement materials

Marketing Operations & Analytics

Manage and own marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal communications

Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., leads, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports with insights and recommendations

Maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. list management, campaign tagging, basic workflows)

Sales & Decision Maker Collaboration

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals

Support sales enablement by providing all needed sales/marketing materials

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

25 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment or science related field

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Loop, etc.

Basic experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)

Preferred

Experience supporting lead generation or demand generation campaigns

Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels

Advanced experience with marketing and project management tools (i.e. Hubspot, Asana, etc.)
