SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Lead funding marketing initiatives by driving collection and utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners, ensuring all requirements are met for claim processing and timely payment.

Partner closely with vendors, manufacturers, and channel partners to secure MDF, support fundraising efforts, and offset costs for programs and events.

Own day‑to‑day partner engagement, including outreach, follow‑ups, and tracking of sponsorship commitments throughout the fundraising cycle.

Monitor, measure, and report on MDF program performance, fundraising progress, partner participation, and ROI.

Develop and execute strategic partner marketing and go‑to‑market plans aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, business unit leaders, engineering, and marketing (including field/events) teams to plan and execute initiatives.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.

Coordinate sponsorship logistics, including benefits tracking, deliverables, and partner visibility.

Support the development and management of a nationwide partner event calendar, ensuring alignment across regions and programs.

Work with marketing teams to plan and execute partner engagement activities.

Assist manufacturers in identifying leads and demonstrating return on investment.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

The actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$30 – $33 USD
