Memory Care Program Manager

Full-Time

Monday-Friday: flexible daytime hours, with the availability to support the needs of the program

This position enjoys holidays and weekends off.

Memory Care Program Manager

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Program Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals supporting residents in our Memory Care unit, which consists of 30-33 apartments. This person work directly with residents and families to support in accordance with our Memory Care philosophy and goals.

What You’ll Do

Assist in the planning, developing, and coordination of the resident care needs.

Responsible for supervising resident care assistants and service delivery of resident care

Partners closely with our marketing department and residents from admission assessment through discharge.

Lead a team of healthcare professionals by participating in the hiring, onboarding and training process.

Must work within the guidelines of BLH, Inc. policies, WI CBRF regulations, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Need

Top notch leadership skills with a healthcare background

A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

Associates or bachelor's degree in a health related field, or a bachelor's degree in a non-health related field with a minimum of 1 year experience with our resident population, preferred

Experience in assisted living, dementia care, and end of life care, a plus
