About This Position
This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, rotating on‑call, exempt position located in Boston, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule all line staff and participate in staff meetings and treatment team meetings.

Set limits, control, structure, and accountability for clients, maintaining and monitoring information in resident files.

Ensure a comprehensive array of activities are offered as scheduled, maintaining and monitoring program funds with Shift Supervisors.

Develop and secure appropriate resources for clients in the areas of education, vocation, employment, volunteer work, and recreation as per treatment team plans; act as advocate and liaison for residents and families/guardians with outside agencies.

Oversee referral and intake process, conducting interviews and orientations, and maintain contact with referring programs and social workers.

Monitor the point/level behavior management program and communicate with all staff, providing feedback to residents.

Develop and maintain community, governmental, and other public and private resources and relationships; participate in professional committees.

Job Qualifications

BS/BA in criminal justice, human services, or a related field.

Minimum of two years' experience in a residential setting preferred.

Minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Experience with the offender population preferred.

The pay range for this role is 62,700 - 81,600 USD per year (US).
