This contract role is for 6 months with potential to extend pending business needs.
The Product Manager, eCommerce will own execution of a portfolio of initiatives within Thorne's eCommerce platform ecosystem, partnering closely with senior product leadership on strategy and prioritization. This role requires a strong foundation in product management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, and delivery. This role will involve supporting roadmap execution, feature prioritization, product and design reviews, A/B test support, and more, all with a customer-first mentality while helping track measurable impact to our business and keeping cross‑functional stakeholders aligned. This role requires the ability to support cross‑functional projects and stakeholder relationships, help track progress with a data‑informed approach, and help ensure initiatives are delivered on time in support of business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development and Execution
Partner with senior product leadership to execute product strategy from concept to launch for assigned initiatives
Support product discovery and delivery processes, helping ensure timely launch of high-quality features while managing scope, risks, and trade‑offs
Participate in relevant design and engineering reviews, contributing input on prioritization, feasibility, and business impact
Communicate product requirements with clarity, supporting Engineering with specifications, acceptance criteria, and user testing
Create written documentation and specifications to support alignment across teams
Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Operational Efficiency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Technical Product Management, Design, Growth, Marketing, Brand, Legal & Compliance, and Sales, as well as third‑party vendors, building stakeholder relationships with a focus on clear, concise, and impactful communication
Manage competing priorities and help guide initiatives through ambiguity, maintaining a methodical, results‑oriented approach
Contribute to team efficiency by supporting effective processes, tools, and metrics for product development and delivery
Help identify challenges and contribute to well‑structured solutions that keep initiatives on track and stakeholders informed
Data‑Informed Problem Solving and Decision‑Making
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to help ensure products are launched with proper data tracking, reporting, and A/B testing that provide actionable learnings and insights
Regularly track and communicate product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvements in both operational efficiency and product quality
Report on progress, risks, and successes, helping ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintaining transparency
WHAT YOU NEED
B.S. or B.A. degree required, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product management, ideally in D2C tech or eCommerce, in highly cross‑functional teams
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas and challenges into actionable steps
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing initiatives
Comfort working with third‑party vendors, managing external relationships, and integrating their services
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach to addressing challenges
Ability to maintain a point of view while remaining flexible and open to guidance as new information arises
Background or interest in e‑commerce and/or health and wellness technology a plus
Experience with backlog/ticketing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar, familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or similar as well as project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
