We are looking for a Brand Manager to support brand localization, marketing execution, and local market development in Germany. This role will help adapt global marketing strategies to the German market, manage local media and creator resources, support campaigns and events, and provide consumer insights to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with local PR partners, media, KOLs, influencers, and seeding resources.
Support local events, offline activations, and campaign execution in Germany.
Adapt global IMC strategies, messaging, and creative assets for the German market.
Manage German social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Coordinate local content production, including video and photo shoots.
Support consumer research, user interviews, and product testing.
Review and localize copy for DTC, product listings, campaigns, and social content.
Requirements
Native or fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills.
Experience in brand marketing, PR, social media, influencer marketing, or campaign execution.
Good understanding of the German consumer market, media landscape, and social media trends.
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, lifestyle, DTC, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
