NEXTROW INC is seeking a Talent and People Specialist to manage recruiting for sales, consulting, and technical roles. This position is integral for building candidate pipelines and ensuring a solid onboarding experience for new hires.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or HR, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing talent operations. This role requires working onsite in Schaumburg, IL five days a week.
