Digital Content & Growth Lead

Thewellspring is seeking a Digital Content Lead to enhance its online presence and strategy. This role will manage content across social media, YouTube, and the church's website, ensuring timely and engaging communication that reflects the church's mission.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing knowledge, experience in social media, and a proactive approach to teamwork. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20lbs.
