At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is primarily an in‑office position with occasional remote opportunities, and therefore you must live within commuting distance from the Kirkland, WA office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day, and will be expected to work in‑office throughout the program duration. Selected participants will be assigned to work up to 8 hours per day in‑office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

GoDaddy will not sponsor employment‑based visas (e.g., candidates who now or in the future will require H‑1B sponsorship) for this position at this level.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Identify and share emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments

Bring a fresh perspective on how GoDaddy can better resonate with younger audiences

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and social teams on content development

Experiment with new formats, content styles, and potentially launch or contribute to a new experimental social handle

Develop and present a final campaign concept to leadership

Passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling

Actively creating content on your own channels or through school or freelance work

Deeply familiar with current social platforms, trends, and creators

Creative, curious, and eager to experiment

Comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating in a team environment

Familiar with content creation tools such as CapCut, Edits, or similar apps

Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and ideation

Interested in exploring new formats, voices, and ways of showing up on social

Program Details

Program Dates: July 14 – September 17

Where: Kirkland, WA (in‑office)

Compensation: $18.00/hour (no benefits/PTO, sick leave per WA laws)
