where you'll play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for niche and hard-to-fill positions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, focusing on high-volume phone screenings and engaging candidates through various platforms. This role is open due to team expansion and is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions

Conduct high-volume phone screenings

Engage talent through LinkedIn recruiter

Collaborate with internal team on sourcing projects

Act as the front line for company talent engagement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting

Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiter

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience in corporate recruitment

Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies
