Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to coordinate and manage the client partnership portfolio as part of a dedicated account team. The role involves assisting in the development and execution of partnership‑related marketing initiatives and providing market analysis and research. Responsibilities include:
Execute and manage partnership initiatives
Assist in the development and management of onsite operational needs
Provide sponsorship research and analysis
Support property and client approvals as needed
Develop specific business objective activation programs for client partners
Assist in the development of a global sponsorship strategy for client
Develop marketing sponsorship activation programs and executions
Research and analysis of all areas of marketing/sponsorship
Assist with budget management
Track and manage sponsorship contract deliverables
Provide day‑to‑day communication including updates, presentations and reports to Client and 160/90 Partnerships team
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of Partnerships experience at an agency or brand/property preferred
Broad knowledge of global sports and entertainment marketing
Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client management experience preferred
Experience with brand positioning, marketing strategies, integrated and experiential marketing
Experience in technology and software category a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently as well as within a team toward common goals
Ability to problem‑solve and provide solution‑minded thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring rate minimum:

$54,675

annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds).
Hiring rate maximum:

$72,900

annually.
