Store Lead: Customer Experience & People Coach

The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead for the Columbiana Centre in Columbia, South Carolina. In this full-time role, you will support the Store Leadership Team by overseeing cash-wrap operations, engaging customers, and acting as Leader on Duty to ensure a positive store environment.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work weekends and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
