Seeking a talented Thumbnail Designer on a contract basis, this remote position will focus on creating high-quality, engaging thumbnails for various video content while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
Design high-quality thumbnails for podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging while maintaining quick turnaround times
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback for revisions
Required qualifications:
1+ years of experience in designing thumbnails
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Ability to create engaging thumbnails without relying on AI-generated imagery
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity and passion for esports, entertainment, and pop culture
