Creating and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate end-user content, the full-time remote EA-NGP VAN Product Writer I will draft and edit help center content, release notes, and instructional resources while collaborating with product, support, and enablement teams.
Key responsibilities
Draft, edit, and publish help center content and release notes
Translate product features into written guidance using internal specifications and SME interviews
Participate in documentation review cycles and incorporate feedback
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience in writing, editing, or documentation support
Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred)
Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments highly preferred
Familiarity with digital organizing tools or CRMs is preferred
