Junior Producer (Fluent Japanese)

To support a short-term project, the contracted Junior Producer (Fluent Japanese) will manage the execution of a specific corporate deliverable, ensuring completion within 3 hours while collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining quality standards, all in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end execution of the project deliverable, managing timelines and quality assurance
Collaborate with team members to align on project goals and communicate responsibilities clearly
Review final materials to ensure they meet project requirements and incorporate necessary revisions

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in production, communications, journalism, public relations, or business administration
Fluency in Japanese
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Ability to adapt quickly in a creative environment and meet strict deadlines
Familiarity with Google Enterprise tools, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
