Creative and strategic, the full-time remote Content Strategist and Producer will manage content production and strategy, develop audience-aligned initiatives, and drive social media growth while collaborating with leadership and leveraging AI marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary content producer, owning written, video, and creative content from concept through delivery
Develop and execute content strategies tailored to target personas and manage paid content with influencers
Grow the company's social media presence and lead the development of owned podcasts and third-party placements
Required Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing role, with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel work
Solid writing skills across formats, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice
Fluency in various channels, understanding performance differences across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Proficiency in creative tools such as Claude and Figma, capable of executing concepts independently
Comfortable with data, able to analyze platform analytics and translate insights into improved content decisions
