For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Infrastructure Adas/ad to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long‑term growth within a manufacturing environment.


Location: Newark, NJ – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $261,500 – $383,570 annually


Responsibilities



  • Own and define infrastructure and security architecture across cloud and hybrid environments

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and large-scale data pipelines

  • Modernize and optimize legacy systems for cost efficiency and performance

  • Build and manage CI/CD and ML pipelines to support AI workflows

  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for secure and efficient deployments

  • Manage cloud infrastructure costs, access, and resource optimization

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams to ensure alignment


Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, OCI, Azure, etc.)

  • Demonstrated leadership in building an in‑house DevOps or infrastructure team

  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and managing ML workflows

  • Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code with tools like Terraform and GitOps

  • Experience optimizing and modernizing legacy infrastructure and data pipelines

  • Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.)

  • Builder mentality with a track record in startup or growth environments
