To develop an engaging online course, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer - Leadership Theory will create an asynchronous eight-module course for LDR 615: Foundations of Leadership Theory and Inquiry, collaborating with the Office of Educational Technologies and utilizing best practices in online education.
Key responsibilities
Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
Generate online content, including lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
Collaborate with the instructional design team to implement the course in Canvas, ensuring ADA compliance
Required qualifications
MA or PhD in Leadership or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing online learning experiences or teaching online
Understanding of or experience with contemplative pedagogy
Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership is preferred
