The Marketing Manager, Medicare Acquisition Marketing will support the execution of cross-channel marketing programs with the goal of acquiring new members.
This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to execute successful marketing initiatives and tactics.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Acquisition Marketing team in the execution of performance-driven campaigns with a focus on the Medicare Advantage product line
Working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to support multiple campaign launches throughout the year
Supporting in briefing internal Aetna teams and external creative and media agencies
Reviewing creative concepts to ensure alignment with campaign strategy and brief
Proofing creative assets to ensure final copy matches approved language
Identifying and anticipating operational challenges, providing recommendations for improvements and problem solving to ensure deliverables are met
Working with internal teams, and external creative / media agencies to build project plans, campaign calendars / flowcharts, and campaign matrixes such as creative assignments and rotations
Collaborating with our internal/external creative teams by providing regulatory guidance to ensure marketing materials remain compliant
Submitting assets for compliance / legal review, and disseminating feedback so that consumer-facing copy is compliant with CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services), and all other regulations
Synthesizing compliance feedback and communicating required edits to stakeholders. Facilitating meetings as necessary to resolve compliance issues.
Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Marketing / Campaign Ops, Paid Media, and Digital Strategy teams to drive successful campaign executions, managing timelines to deliver all required marketing assets.
Initiate reviews with product teams to ensure marketing assets accurately promote product features/benefits. Organize and submit all requested final creative as part of the compliance retroactive review. Work with Marketing Coordinators on URLs and phone numbers assignments. Support campaign reporting documents including business KPIs, media results, key insights, competitive analysis, and future areas of opportunity. Compile budget tracking documents for specific campaigns & manage billing/invoices if needed.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting roles
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Direct-to-Consumer online and offline marketing
Experience in supporting the execution of consumer campaigns
Ability to bring together analytics and creativity
Highly communicative team player, adjusts to working style
eeds of others to establish strong relationships
Healthcare, Provider or Medicare experience is a plus, not required
Strong strategic, critical thinking, and conceptual abilities; ability to contribute to strategic planning discussions
Strong tactical execution skills
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
Ability to influence others, work effectively in a matrix environment, and interact with all levels of the organization
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
