Summary

The Sr. Director, Content, Culture And Media leads a U.S. Consumer Experience & Culture Center of Excellence that unifies content, consumer data, commerce, and paid media across the portfolio. This role builds the operating model, runs an always-on social-first Newsroom, and connects organic content to paid amplification and DTC activation. The position is hybrid based in New York and reports to the SVP, Strategy & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the CXC CoE structured into Content & Culture, Consumer Data & Commerce, and Media & Amplification units.
  • Operate a social-first Newsroom with fast brief-to-live cycles and integrated creator strategy and earned media protocols.
  • Own portfolio paid media strategy, marketing mix modeling, brand lift studies, agency relationships, and real-time amplification of top-performing organic content.
  • Lead CRM, DTC owned digital, and B2C e-commerce strategy to activate first-party data and drive measurable revenue and conversion.
  • Design and implement enterprise measurement architecture, dashboards, and reporting cadences across strategic, tactical, and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with Brand Directors to integrate CoE capabilities into annual planning and build digital and data literacy across the organization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience across digital marketing, social content, paid media, and consumer data disciplines.
  • Proven experience building or running an always-on content team, social studio, or newsroom and integrating multi-team capabilities into a CoE.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect content, creator strategy, paid media, CRM, and DTC into commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and working with MMM, brand lift methodology, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Fluency with social platforms, CRM platforms and marketing automation, DTC site management, analytics, and attribution modeling.
  • Background in luxury consumer goods, spirits, or CPG preferred, with strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and organizational capability building skills.
