Role Overview

RestaurantSupply.com is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketplace Photography & Listings Assistant to help prepare commercial restaurant equipment and supplies for sale on eBay and other online marketplaces.

This hands-on position involves inspecting inventory, gathering product information, organizing items for listing, photographing products, and accurately recording details needed to create high-quality online listings. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using computers and a full studio photography setup complete with turntable, strobes, and DSLR camera.
Responsibilities and Duties
Organize and prepare inventory for online marketplace listings
Inspect items and document condition, features, and identifying information
Research and gather product specifications, model numbers, and other listing details when necessary
Photograph products from multiple angles to create clear, professional listing images
Measure and record dimensions, weights, and other relevant product information when necessary
Maintain accurate records of photographed and processed inventory
Assist with inventory organization and staging within the warehouse related to marketplace listings
Identify missing information or potential issues before items are listed
Work closely with the Marketplace and Warehouse teams to ensure listings are complete and accurate
Follow established photography, documentation, and inventory procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
Photography Experience:

This is an entry-level role; we are looking for candidates with foundational photography experience. Proficiency with DSLR cameras is preferred, though experience with digital cameras is also welcome.
Computer Skills:

Basic proficiency with spreadsheet software is required.
Professionalism:

Candidates must be coachable, eager to learn, and capable of working a flexible, part-time schedule.
Working Hours & Location

Part-Time (16-24 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Flexible, Standard Business Hours Only)

Wethersfield, CT

Pay Rate $17-$19/ hr
